Gastric cancer fueled by ‘crosstalk’ between nerves and cancer cells

New research from Cancer Cell looks at how gastric tumors can start by specialized cells in the stomach signaling nerves to make more acetylcholine, and how this “crosstalk” between nerves and cancer cells may fuel gastric cancer.
