Gastric Cancer Fund Hosts First Fundraising Event

Late last spring, the Gastric Cancer Fund hosted our first event at the Stanford University Faculty Club.  The event served as the official launch of the organization and provided an opportunity for donors, doctors and patients to mingle and discuss how to fight gastric cancer.  JP Gallagher and Dr. James Ford gave presentations about the structure of the organization and how we will achieve our research objectives.  Special recognition goes to Wayne Feinstein, David Grogan and Steve Melen for sponsoring the event.  In total, we raised over $30,000.  Thanks to all who participate in this historic event!  See the pictures below.
